Monetary gift vouchers must be used in one transaction and refunds cannot be given for any unused amounts. It can be exchanged in full or used in part payment for a stay in one of our self catering properties.

Once your order has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation email by return. We will then be in touch by email with a PDF gift voucher showing the value and a code which can be used at checkout when booking a stay. We aim to do this within a couple of hours, however if you require the voucher to be sent at a specific time please just get in touch prior to ordering and we will do our utmost to accommodate.

Please choose your preferred voucher amount from the dropdown and add the name and email of the recipient with a gift message. If you would like the PDF voucher emailed to you so it can be printed and given in person please add your name and email and any message you’d like on the voucher (message can be left blank).
