Very comfortable and clean. Lovely views and very quiet. Kate’s communication was excellent. We organised a late check out through their website which was really worth doing. Would have loved to stay longer.

The most beautiful place I’m not normally one for writing reviews, but I feel I needed to express what a BEAUTIFUL place this is. Information upon booking was very informative & we received a copy of the welcome pack with all the instructions for amenities and things within the lodge. There were also local recommendations on food/drinks/places to visit. On our next stay we would love to try some of the places recommended. The rooms were a very decent size, the decor was very natural/modern (even to the point I now want to redesign my kitchen!) The hot tub was a beautiful place to relax whilst looking out over the fields & watching the horses. I can imagine this place in the summer is also very beautiful - with the use of the bbq/sun loungers in the private garden. There is also some games in the baskets in the living room which was a lovely touch & plenty of phone chargers too. We didn’t need to contact the hosts at any point but I didn’t feel uneasy if I were to need contact with them. Overall it’s a beautiful place & I would definitely return. If you’re thinking of booking - do it, you won’t regret it.

Simply wow. The place was amazing, beautifully furnished and completed to a high spec. You can clearly see the attention to detail and we loved our stay. The hot tub was great and allowed for a perfect relaxation watching the horses in the field next door. Everything you needed has been thought of plus the little touches like hanging a happy birthday sign for my wife’s birthday. Throughly recommend.

We had a lovely night away at the tractor shed. It was so peaceful and lovely to have a walk around the property and local area. We went to the three horseshoes for a drink and game of pool, which was a short drive away. Beautiful sunset view from our window. The animals were lovely and friendly. We loved the hot tub it was much needed! We would definitely come again in the summer months to make use of the bbq! The guide inside the property had every bit of information you’d ever need, from things about the house to local recommendations and history. Thank you so much we had a lovely time.

Amazing stay here for the evening!!! The views are beautiful and very peaceful. We had the animals right outside, the whole place was very clean and instructions were detailed for almost everything. The fire pit inside was so cosy and warmed up so quickly. The hot tub was very clean and comfortable, no issues and was very hot and lovely and located in a great space. The location was great and Kate was very friendly and fast responsive for all my questions. Will defo be staying again in the further especially in the summer!

Wow what can I say! We have just had the most amazing, peaceful weekend away at Hall Farm and it exceeded all expectations we had. It was spotless and the property was thoughtfully decorated, lovely comfy furnishings and everything clearly has a lot of thought put into it, we did not want for anything. We enjoyed evenings relaxing in the hot tub watching the sunset over the horses field it really was perfection and exactly what we needed. Kate’s communication and recommendations were fantastic and we are already thinking about when we can come back. Thank you for having us x

This was our second time staying here & it was just as beautiful as last time. The views really are incredible with horses occasionally coming up to say hello. We came back to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, so I ordered the birthday packages, and Kate put out balloons, personalised cakes, prosecco on ice & a bouquet of lovely flowers! It was perfect. We even rang Kate to see if we could change the temperature of the hot tub and she came round immediately within minutes to sort us out. Another 10/10 experience!! Thankyou!

The perfect place to relax. Every detail has been thought of. We wanted for nothing. The interior of The Shephards Watch is beautiful, stylish yet super cosy and homely. The hot tub was amazing, especially at night under the stars. Beautiful views of the Leicestershire countryside and the horses. We were spoilt for choice of good places to eat but would also happily of not left the accommodation for the entire weekend!

Amazing experience staying at the shepherds hut, Hall Farm Dadlington, the attention to detail of our accommodation was of the highest standard, everything we could have wished for. Kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom was spotlessly clean. Hot tub was ready to use as soon as we arrived, perfect way to relax after a long journey. Romantic, cosy and luxurious couples retreat Luxury, cosy, the ultimate in relaxation. The perfect couples retreat. Way more than 5 stars. We looked extensively for somewhere to spend our 20th Wedding Anniversary and we picked the best in a 2 hour radius of Warrington: The Old Tractor Shed. The hot tub is so very relaxing and the huge fluffy towels and cosy bathrobes were perfect. The log burner also gave us the cosy start we needed as we arrived late. Watching the clouds and viewing the sunsets across the vast skies is very tranquil and the beams, the blankets, the windows, the decor of the accomodation is all perfect. And it is immaculately clean. You have thought of everything - even phone chargers and card games. Alpacas come right up to the garden fence and horses, sheep and chickens are in the fields all around you Elderflower bubbles and brownies met us on arrival, the Nespresso coffee machine made delicious coffee and using the spa products in the bathroom made us feel pampered. The heart balloons and rose petals in the bedroom were the finishing touch that really added to the anniversary celebrations. We would recommend the walk along the canal to the Sutton Wharf for lunch and cocktails. Thank you for a very memorable wedding anniversary. We would love to return.

They have really thought of everything to make the stay special. Thank you!

6 star stay Beautiful birthday stay in July - a Sunday sleepover. The hosts were amazing with rose petals, Prosecco on ice and the most beautiful flowers on arrival (well worth checking out the added extras when booking- really made the stay special). The views were stunning and the accommodation was pristine and you felt instantly relaxed upon arrival. The added bonus of the animals on site made it for me, loved the alpacas - so friendly. We really enjoyed the stay having wine and cheese and just fully enjoying the lodge and the hot tub- which was perfect at night and heated ready for use on arrival. We have our next visit planned for the Shepards watch in a month - we most definitely will be regular visitors here now. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We stayed for two nights to celebrate my Wife's 40th birthday. I requested the number 40 in rose petals on the bed & a bottle of rose, neither which disappointed 🙂 The whole cabin was immaculate, so cosy & welcoming. You'll have everything you'll need for a one night or more stay. The farm area itself is lovely, we went on a couple of wanders around to see the alpacas, and the horses would come right up to the garden area of our room. The BBQ is brilliant, utilised a couple of times 🙂 The surrounding area is also lovely & you can go for lovely long walks along the river. We can't fault anything about our stay, 10/10

Absolutely wonderful little place. Decor was top notch and everything was clean and tidy. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into making the place comfortable for guests.I especially loved that the place was so private. Didn’t see a single person unless we wanted to and we weren’t disturbed at all, either through messages or in person. The perfect spot for couples. Where do I start? By far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had.We travelled up for my wife’s birthday and genuinely couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. It ended up being one of the highlights of her birthday. From the beautiful property and breathtaking views to the fresh air and peaceful surroundings, everything was exceptional. But what truly sets this place apart is the attention to detail. You can immediately see the thought, care and effort that has gone into creating an impeccable guest experience. Every detail feels intentional, and it’s clear that Kate genuinely takes pride in making her guests feel welcome and looked after. We’ve stayed in plenty of Airbnbs, but we’ve never experienced this level of thoughtfulness and hospitality. Any usual concerns about staying somewhere unfamiliar simply disappear the moment you arrive.Kate was fantastic from start to finish, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate

We really enjoyed the alpacas, and sitting in the jacuzzi in the evenings watching the sunset. 100% recommend staying here, we had such an incredible time. Just back from an incredible weekend stay at Shepherd’s Watch. The location is so quiet and peaceful. We were only around half an hour from home, but it felt like we were a million miles away! The interiors are beautifully designed and the attention to detail is amazing. The photos really don’t do it justice! Although, if we’re honest, we spent most of our time relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying the beautiful, completely private patio. The hosts were fantastic from the moment we booked, and everything has been so thoughtfully designed to make your stay as relaxing and effortless as possible. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Another wonderful stay! We have had enjoyed numerous stays at Hall Farm and this visit in July was our latest. These fabulous properties are in a secluded, quiet location and have easily become our favourite retreat location. The standard of each property is well beyond 5* and the attention to detail, cleanliness and general upkeep still impresses us every time. We love sitting outside in the hot tub looking er the fields and quiet countryside. Kate and her dedicated team are excellent hosts - always available if you need them, but never intrusive. We have no hesitation in recommending Hall Farm to anyone wanting a quiet, away-from-it-all few days. This is one of the best!

Myself and my partner booked our stay at the Sherpherds Watch as we just needed a weekend away in a beautiful relaxing setting and that’s exactly what Hall Farm provides. The decor is beautiful, everything is thought out, the hot tub is perfect, so lovely to sit and watch the sunset with the horses in the field. Some lovely little local pubs around and also little towns and places to go that aren’t to far of a drive. But honestly the main attraction is Halls Farm, so beautiful. We met Kate and she was lovely, so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely come again! Sophie and Russ xx
