We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Kate and Mark for such a fantastic stay at Hall Farm Dadlington in The Shepherd’s Watch. We absolutely loved our time there! The hut was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. The facilities were excellent, and Kate and Mark were such welcoming and accommodating hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated all the little touches that made our stay so enjoyable. The views were absolutely beautiful too, and the whole place had such a lovely, peaceful feel. It was the perfect little getaway, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Myself and my partner booked our stay at the Sherpherds Watch as we just needed a weekend away in a beautiful relaxing setting and that’s exactly what Hall Farm provides. The decor is beautiful, everything is thought out, the hot tub is perfect, so lovely to sit and watch the sunset with the horses in the field. Some lovely little local pubs around and also little towns and places to go that aren’t to far of a drive. But honestly the main attraction is Halls Farm, so beautiful. We met Kate and she was lovely, so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely come again! Sophie and Russ xx

Me and my girlfriend went for just one night and it was lovely, had everything we needed and more, went to the farmers market which was 5 minute drive away and had a bbq and then chilled out in the hot tub, was very romantic would recommend!

From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was something special! The breathtaking countryside views with Horses grazing in the near distance, the swing and the sun loungers outside, the sun was shining - we instantly felt relaxed! Inside the lodge is so tastefully decorated, so much so that I turned to my Husband and said ‘I could just live here!’ 😂 Kate had added a Birthday bunting & left us a bottle of Bubbly which was really thoughtful & kind - Thank you! We spent the evening cooking steak on the BBQ & eating our dinner outside overlooking the country side before unwinding in the hot tub beneath the festoon lighting as the sun set, so magical! In the morning we drank coffee outside, soaking up the last of the views, before heading on a short walk around the farm to see the Animals! Kate & Mark have thought of every little detail, creating the most peaceful, luxurious escape! We genuinely didn’t want to leave & said we aim to visit annually! Our little slice of heaven in the UK 🤍 Thank you both so much for a perfect stay, we cannot wait to return! ✨

We had the most amazing time at Hall Farm and always do. Every detail is thought through with so much care by Kate and she is always quick to respond to any messages. The lodges are stunning and so well equipped for the perfect getaway. I have lost count now how many times we have been back and it no matter the weather/time of year, it is simply gorgeous. So relaxing to sit and soak in the hot tub watching the never ending view and occasionally see the horses meandering past! Can’t wait to go back again.

Once again, another wonderful stay at what has become one of our favourite places! It's just so peaceful, well maintained and a very relaxing environment. We love it here and will be back later in the year. This time we stayed in The Shepherd's Watch, their newest property. It had only been opened for a week and we were thrilled to be one of the first guests. As expected, the build quality was excellent and so well designed (although there are quite a lot of cushions!! :-). Kate and Mark and fabulous hosts - always on hand if required, but never intrusive. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay somewhere in the Leicestershire countryside, you've just found it!

Wow, what a beautiful place to stay! We've been back to Hall Farm several times now, and we already have a few more stays booked. That alone says everything about how much we love it here. The setting is so peaceful and relaxing, with horses, alpacas, and stunning open countryside as far as the eye can see. It's the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle. Kate and Mark are fantastic hosts who always make us feel so welcome. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they go above and beyond to make every stay special. This two night stay was absolutely amazing. The old tractor shed was spotless, very well designed, cosy with some lovely features. The views were spectacular saw some lovely sunsets and we woke up to the lovely alpacas at our window. We have never stayed in such a nice place where it has everything we need and more it ticks all the boxes to a perfect couple getaway. Kate is very attentive and you can tell her priority is to make sure you have the most relaxing stay. We took a lovely walk through the farm and past the canal to the pub which was a nice walk in the countryside with great views. This is our favorite place we have stayed!!

We had a wonderful stay at The Old Tractor Shed, Hall Farm in Dadlington. The accommodation was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and cosy, making it the perfect countryside retreat. The peaceful surroundings and stunning rural views made it so easy to relax and unwind. The information booklet received prior to arrival was incredibly helpful, and it was clear the hosts had thought of everything to make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The property was very well-equipped, and the attention to detail really stood out throughout. I would go as far as to say it is the most thoughtfully prepared property we have stayed in :) One of the highlights was seeing the sheep and alpacas up close, and the horses were beautiful too. It was wonderful waking up and going to sleep with the animals nearby, which really added to the peaceful farm atmosphere. We also enjoyed a lovely stroll along the canal during our stay. The hosts were welcoming and helpful from the moment of booking, making us feel right at home. The hot tub / Jacuzzi was fantastic! definitely the best we have ever used, spacious, relaxing, and again everything was super clean. The property was also very private, which was exactly what we were looking for. The location was ideal for exploring the local area while still enjoying a quiet and tranquil setting. We especially loved the charm of the area and the unique atmosphere of the converted tractor shed. We would highly recommend The Old Tractor Shed, Hall Farm to anyone looking for a relaxing countryside getaway and would happily stay again in the future. Thank you for having us :)

A Beautiful, Peaceful Stay We had such a lovely stay at Hall Farm. From the very first message, Kate was wonderful. She was warm, helpful and so easy to communicate with. It really set the tone for the whole visit. The place itself is gorgeous. Immaculately clean (which matters so much to me) and beautifully decorated, with a calm, cosy feel the moment you walk in. The surroundings are peaceful with stunning views, and the whole atmosphere is exactly what I was hoping for (quiet, soothing and truly restorative). I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. The flower pots, pumpkins and fairy lights greeting us outside made it feel so welcoming, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into every detail, both inside and out. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and unwind, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you, Kate, for creating such a lovely place and we would happily come back again. Katy x

I cannot recommend Hall Farm Darlington for a countryside staycation enough!! It was perfectly set up with everything we could possibly need. We were also provided with a very detailed and super informative guide which helped with planning our weekend. The actual cabin and surrounding setting is absolutely stunning. We spent the most beautiful days of our wedding anniversary in this charming cottage surrounded by a wonderful farm. Wow - where to begin!! From the moment I began talking to Kate about my vision for exclusive hire for the night before our wedding, she has been nothing short of amazing. The properties and the location are stunning, kitted out to such a high standard with everything you could possibly think of and more. Kate made myself and all our guests feel so incredibly welcome, from storing my wedding flowers and delivering them on the morning to doing a “night before BBQ set up” as a surprise.. she cannot do enough for you. We stayed 2 nights at Fielden Folly and it was idyllic, we couldn't fault it. The place was stunning, beautifully decorated and furnished and spotlessly clean. The attention to detail was over and above what we had hoped, so many nice touches with prosecco on ice when we arrived, the hot tub ready to use, lovely toiletries, milk etc in the fridge, very impressed that there was hair straighteners as well as a hairdryer. Booking and checking in was seamless and communication from the host Kate was excellent at all stages. The views of the animals were an added bonus. We loved the tractor shed and the "babies" (sheep) it felt so secluded to say it was next to thier property. The view was amazing and we loved how quiet it was. Unfortunately it's not dog friendly or we would come back. (We didn't have a dog when we went, they haven't changed policy)

Me and my partner stayed here for a 30th birthday surprise. Kate was a great host, communication was brilliant and very responsive. Kate went above and beyond to cater for our stay. Accommodation was 5 star, absolutely immaculate, spotless and everything you could have needed was there. Hot tub was heated up to temperature on arrival. King size bed was super comfy and linen was so soft. There were so many thoughtful added touches and personalisation to Fieldens Folly which made it so special and unique. Parking was brilliant, instructions and advice on how to get there was really helpful. We went for an evening meal at Hercules Revived which was recommended by Kate. Best three course meal we have had in a long time. We can’t wait to return and have recommended to all our friends and family. Was an absolutely perfect stay! Thanks again Kate, Nicky x

What an amazing place… nothing is left out and you won’t want for anything. Kate is such a lovely host and has thought of everything to make your stay perfect. The guide book lists absolutely everything you could want to know. The place itself is beautiful and the views are stunning. I wouldn’t change a single thing, it is the perfect retreat for a night or longer. The bed is super plush and the bathroom is phenomenal (especially the shower). I cannot put into words just how wonderful this place is and will definitely be back.

Allowing a secret balloon stylist to come in and decorate up as a surprise was wonderful and so kind! Just returned from here and the word I have is wow. Honestly I don’t know where to start. After stumbling across this place by accident when looking for ideas for my partners special birthday… the pictures looked lovely so I thought go for it. Felt so comfortable and accommodated for with alterations such as alternative milks being no hassle at all. Pre arrival guidance was fantastic. On arrival the place was instantly magical and the pictures do not do it justice at all. The whole process was seamless. The property itself is gorgeous and special…a real diamond. The views, animals and picturesque nature of the place made it an instant want to return. Every detail has been thought of and it’s so well maintained and stocked. Honestly could not find a fault! Thank you so much for everything. You are smashing it. We will be returning :) already looking to book again! The old tractor shed was amazing!

We stayed in Fielden’s Folly at Hall Farm and had a fantastic time. Not only is it beautifully decorated but the kitchen is totally stocked if you decide to stay in and cook. Sunsets and sunrises are so beautiful and peaceful looking over the fields. The hot tub on the porch added to our experience. We rented a canal boat nearby and had a blast. So many delicious pubs and restaurants nearby. We highly recommend Fielden’s Folly as we plan on going back as soon as possible.

Run don’t walk to book this absolute GEM 🥰 Kate had set everything up for my partner to propose to me during our stay. As you will see from the pictures this is more than 5 ⭐️ accommodation. The delivery of breakfast the day after we arrived was marvellous, fresh produce which clearly is locally sourced. The hot tub allows you to enjoy the views day and night 🤍 the fine details to this place has made our engagement the very best. We went on a walk whilst we were there and joined the canal which was lovely. We were greeted by Kate and she is warm, welcoming and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We are deffo going back asap. The Old Tractor Shed has been fitted out beautifully. Windows along one side allow you to enjoy the views across the countryside from almost anywhere. Everything you need to totally relax and enjoy time with your partner. The hot tub is the jewel in the crown. If you need anything Kate is on hand but never intrusive.

We used the hot tub every day we were there and one evening that we were out for dinner Kate and Mark kindly heated it up for us so that we could use it immediately upon our return. We stayed here for our mini-moon and it was perfect. Kate was very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The old tractor shed was beautiful as was the scenery. There’s great local public footpaths for nice long walks and great local pubs and restaurants all within a few minutes drive from the farm. The best part about the tractor shed has to be the private hot tub which we spent many hours relaxing in.

The Tractor Shed was excellently kitted out and beautiful furnished and decorated. It was also meticulously clean, and we loved the outdoor furniture and the hot tub. We spent many evenings just watching the beautiful sunsets from the tub. The gas barbecue was also well used by us! What really sets Hall Farm apart from other luxury UK stays is the service we received from Kate. No ask was too much. Things like ensuring the hot tub was at the perfect temperature when we got back from a day trip were so appreciated. She was attentive and discreet - we felt very well looked after. Overall, I highly recommend a stay at Hall Farm!

We stayed in the old tractor shed for 2 nights and I wish it were longer! The old tractor shed felt like the lap of luxury enjoying 2 TVs, a big leather sofa, modern kitchen and a wooden frame hot tub heated by a wood burner. The host was really helpful, she prepared the hot tub for our arrival, helped us with the heatimg and introduced us to adorable lambs that were staying at the Hall farm for a short while! I'd strongly reccommend visiting Bosworth battlefield site and Tropical Bird land while you're in the area. We'll have to come back in the summer to enjoy the garden furniture and bbq!

WOW!!! If you want luxury then look no further than The Old Tractor Shed it is amazing. I guarantee you will definitely not be disappointed. Kate the host is very friendly and was always there if we needed any help. The Location is in a very quiet village with lovely walks along the canal. The locals are also very friendly, especially in The Dog & Hedgehog. We will definitely be back in the future.

My girlfriend Roney and I had an amazing time, the Tractor Shed is such a lovely place, everything we needed was provided. The lounge area is cosy and the bed is so comfy we had no trouble falling right off to sleep. The scenery around the area is fantastic, it’s great to be able to watch the horses whilst relaxing in the hot tub. Kate was very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Amazing. Simply amazing. My boyfriend and I came to The Old Tractor Shed at Hall Farm to celebrate his birthday and we would not have changed a single thing! I could not get over the attention to detail here - from a washing machine and iron/ironing board to hairdryer and hair straighteners, Kate has kitted out this holiday let with everything you could possibly need. There is a tea and coffee tray with biscuits and every herbal tea you can name, and a gorgeous coffee machine we were able to use each morning. Every appliance was found simple to use and if we weren’t sure on anything we were able to look in the extremely handy folder of manuals/instructions helpfully provided. Upon Kates recommendation we went on a lovely walk from Sutton Cheney to the beautiful Bosworth Park - highly recommend for anyone visiting !! From Bosworth Park we then went the Black Horse in Market Bosworth - splendid! (Also highly recommending this gastropub with an amazing deli and food served for anyone visiting the area!). We also ate at the Hercules which is just a stones throw away from here - absolutely amazing. After we got back from our walk we had left the hot tub to heat up and were able to get in with a bottle of Prosecco - kindly providing with compliments from Hall Farm (thank you again!) - and soak up the stunning view. This view can be seen from the whole tractor shed as all the windows face onto it, it is breathtaking honestly. Robes and hot tub towels are provided (as are 2 sets each of the fluffiest towels for the bathroom - I felt like I was at a spa!). We were then able to sit on the garden furniture with a drink and watch the beautiful sunset view from here. Incredible. I am also going to mention the bed - heaven. Put simply. We agreed that it could possibly be the most comfy bed my boyfriend and I have ever slept in, and the blackout blinds made this stay even more comfortable! The tractor shed is beautifully decorated and well thought out, the rainfall shower every day was yet another element we did not want to leave behind. This is definitely the best air bnb I have ever booked and we will 100% be returning ! Thank you again to Kate and the Walkers, I cannot recommend this place enough !
