Each of our properties is available to book for 2 adults throughout the whole year, however we do offer full venue hire for groups of families or friends wishing to have exclusive use of the farm.
For exclusive group hire we can accommodate up to 12 adult guests with Fielden’s Folly and The Fuller’s Shed both having the capacity to sleep 4 with Hypnos platform sofa beds in the living areas.

We stayed in Fuller’s Shed at Hall Farm for 2 nights for a birthday getaway. Everything about the location and lodge itself was perfect and we couldn’t recommend it enough. The atmosphere is so lovely. Kate and Mark were so helpful and accommodating and the extra birthday surprises set up for arrival, made the stay even more amazing. Romantic, cosy and luxurious couples retreat Luxury, cosy, the ultimate in relaxation. The perfect couples retreat. Way more than 5 stars. We looked extensively for somewhere to spend our 20th Wedding Anniversary and we picked the best in a 2 hour radius of Warrington: The Old Tractor Shed. The hot tub is so very relaxing and the huge fluffy towels and cosy bathrobes were perfect. The log burner also gave us the cosy start we needed as we arrived late. Watching the clouds and viewing the sunsets across the vast skies is very tranquil and the beams, the blankets, the windows, the decor of the accomodation is all perfect. And it is immaculately clean. You have thought of everything - even phone chargers and card games. Alpacas come right up to the garden fence and horses, sheep and chickens are in the fields all around you Elderflower bubbles and brownies met us on arrival, the Nespresso coffee machine made delicious coffee and using the spa products in the bathroom made us feel pampered. The heart balloons and rose petals in the bedroom were the finishing touch that really added to the anniversary celebrations. We would recommend the walk along the canal to the Sutton Wharf for lunch and cocktails. Thank you for a very memorable wedding anniversary. We would love to return.Tripadvisor

6 star stay Beautiful birthday stay in July - a Sunday sleepover. The hosts were amazing with rose petals, Prosecco on ice and the most beautiful flowers on arrival (well worth checking out the added extras when booking- really made the stay special). The views were stunning and the accommodation was pristine and you felt instantly relaxed upon arrival. The added bonus of the animals on site made it for me, loved the alpacas - so friendly. We really enjoyed the stay having wine and cheese and just fully enjoying the lodge and the hot tub- which was perfect at night and heated ready for use on arrival. We have our next visit planned for the Shepards watch in a month - we most definitely will be regular visitors here now. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We had the most beautiful stay at this peaceful home. We were in awe of the nature surrounding us and seeing the horses from day to night made it feel so majestic. The cabin itself was beautiful, cosy and had everything we needed for a lovely stay celebrating a special birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Old Tractor Shed. Every detail had been thought of and the furnishings are fittings were all of a very high standard which we really appreciated. The hot tub was luxurious and we loved the view across the field (and the friendly alpacas). The bed was super comfy and we slept really well. We stayed for two nights to celebrate my Wife's 40th birthday. I requested the number 40 in rose petals on the bed & a bottle of rose, neither which disappointed 🙂 The whole cabin was immaculate, so cosy & welcoming. You'll have everything you'll need for a one night or more stay. The farm area itself is lovely, we went on a couple of wanders around to see the alpacas, and the horses would come right up to the garden area of our room. The BBQ is brilliant, utilised a couple of times 🙂 The surrounding area is also lovely & you can go for lovely long walks along the river. We can't fault anything about our stay, 10/10
We revisited the farm for our 11-year anniversary, as well as to celebrate getting engaged here this time last year, so it was extra special to return.We absolutely love staying here. Absolutely wonderful little place. Decor was top notch and everything was clean and tidy. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into making the place comfortable for guests.I especially loved that the place was so private. Didn’t see a single person unless we wanted to and we weren’t disturbed at all, either through messages or in person. The perfect spot for couples. Plus there was an absolutely beautiful sunset on our first night here.

Stayed here for few days for well overdue R&R! I was very impressed from the moment I arrived on site, beautiful location, phenomenal house and everything that you’d ever need and want is there! I will be returning here every single here for a peaceful break! Also hot tub during sunset with horses grazing in the field is moment to die for!

We enjoyed our first anniversary soaking in the hot tub enjoying the view of the beautiful horses on the farm, often turning off the bubbles to enjoy the silence which we don't get much of at home in the city!We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely consider staying again ourselves.
Booked the Fielden’s Folly for a night away to propose to my now Fiancé! Could not recommend the place enough, so peaceful with an incredible view of the countryside, the apartment itself was spotless and had incredible facilities! Kate was so helpful in preparing an engagement display consisting of balloons, fresh rose petals and a bottle on ice! Really made the evening more special for us! We will definitely be returning!

Amazing stay at the Tractor Shed! Beautiful views all round, very clean place and perfectly cosy location. We really enjoyed the alpacas, and sitting in the jacuzzi in the evenings watching the sunset. 100% recommend staying here, we had such an incredible time. Just back from an incredible weekend stay at Shepherd’s Watch.The location is so quiet and peaceful. We were only around half an hour from home, but it felt like we were a million miles away!The interiors are beautifully designed and the attention to detail is amazing. The photos really don’t do it justice! Although, if we’re honest, we spent most of our time relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying the beautiful, completely private patio.The hosts were fantastic from the moment we booked, and everything has been so thoughtfully designed to make your stay as relaxing and effortless as possible.We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Another wonderful stay! We have had enjoyed numerous stays at Hall Farm and this visit in July was our latest. These fabulous properties are in a secluded, quiet location and have easily become our favourite retreat location. The standard of each property is well beyond 5* and the attention to detail, cleanliness and general upkeep still impresses us every time. We love sitting outside in the hot tub looking er the fields and quiet countryside. Kate and her dedicated team are excellent hosts - always available if you need them, but never intrusive. Myself and my partner booked our stay at the Sherpherds Watch as we just needed a weekend away in a beautiful relaxing setting and that’s exactly what Hall Farm provides. The decor is beautiful, everything is thought out, the hot tub is perfect, so lovely to sit and watch the sunset with the horses in the field. Some lovely little local pubs around and also little towns and places to go that aren’t to far of a drive. But honestly the main attraction is Halls Farm, so beautiful. We had such an amazing stay, we will definitely be returning. We wish we had booked two nights as we didn’t want to leave. The property is absolutely stunning and so cosy! We found a mobile massage therapist that came out to us and it was a perfect add on to our stay. Made us feel so relaxed in what was already a perfect setting. I would highly recommend doing this if you stay. The host was also so attentive and super friendly! I would give 10 stars to the whole stay if i could!

We had the loveliest two-night break celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday. I went for the balloon and cupcake package, and the birthday banner that came with it made him smile so much. The breakfast package was such a treat, everything was tasty and felt really fresh. The views were amazing, and we even had a friendly little sheep who liked to nap under our bedroom window and keep us company while we chilled in the hot tub. The place itself was so cosy and beautifully decorated, perfect for a few days of relaxing. We honestly couldn’t recommend it enough!

Inside the lodge is so tastefully decorated, so much so that I turned to my Husband and said ‘I could just live here!’ 😂 Kate had added a Birthday bunting & left us a bottle of Bubbly which was really thoughtful & kind - Thank you! We spent the evening cooking steak on the BBQ & eating our dinner outside overlooking the country side before unwinding in the hot tub beneath the festoon lighting as the sun set, so magical! In the morning we drank coffee outside, soaking up the last of the views, before heading on a short walk around the farm to see the Animals! Kate & Mark have thought of every little detail, creating the most peaceful, luxurious escape! We genuinely didn’t want to leave & said we aim to visit annually! Our little slice of heaven in the UK 🤍 Thank you both so much for a perfect stay, we cannot wait to return! ✨
We have stayed a few times now and each stay has been perfect! Every single accommodation is spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy. The surrounding area is also gorgeous and offers fantastic walks and places to visit. Kate and team are fantastic hosts and provide everything you can think of. We cannot recommend this place enough, you will not be disappointed!
We had a lovely stay here. The accommodation was spotless, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for for a relaxing night away. The hot tub was fantastic and made the stay even more enjoyable. We had the most amazing time at Hall Farm and always do. Every detail is thought through with so much care by Kate and she is always quick to respond to any messages. The lodges are stunning and so well equipped for the perfect getaway. I have lost count now how many times we have been back and it no matter the weather/time of year, it is simply gorgeous. So relaxing to sit and soak in the hot tub watching the never ending view and occasionally see the horses meandering past! Can’t wait to go back again.
Amazing little gem that we stumbled across by accident. We have now stayed 4 times with a 5th at Xmas already planned. Kate is so thorough, welcoming and attentive to all our needs. Once again, another wonderful stay at what has become one of our favourite places! It's just so peaceful, well maintained and a very relaxing environment. We love it here and will be back later in the year. This time we stayed in The Shepherd's Watch, their newest property. It had only been opened for a week and we were thrilled to be one of the first guests. As expected, the build quality was excellent and so well designed (although there are quite a lot of cushions!! :-). Kate and Mark and fabulous hosts - always on hand if required, but never intrusive. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay somewhere in the Leicestershire countryside, you've just found it!

We looked extensively for somewhere to spend our 20th Wedding Anniversary and we picked the best in a 2 hour radius of Warrington: The Old Tractor Shed. The hot tub is so very relaxing and the huge fluffy towels and cosy bathrobes were perfect. The log burner also gave us the cosy start we needed as we arrived late. Watching the clouds and viewing the sunsets across the vast skies is very tranquil and the beams, the blankets, the windows, the decor of the accomodation is all perfect. And it is immaculately clean. You have thought of everything - even phone chargers and card games. Alpacas come right up to the garden fence and horses, sheep and chickens are in the fields all around you Elderflower bubbles and brownies met us on arrival, the Nespresso coffee machine made delicious coffee and using the spa products in the bathroom made us feel pampered. The heart balloons and rose petals in the bedroom were the finishing touch that really added to the anniversary celebrations. We would recommend the walk along the canal to the Sutton Wharf for lunch and cocktails. Thank you for a very memorable wedding anniversary. Kate has really thought of everything when it comes to finishing touches and extras. The view is stunning, the interior design is beautiful and the facilities are luxurious. The Shed is very well equipped and the perfect size, LOVED the interiors, jacuzzi was amazing too. We will 100% visit again. Kate was a wonderful host, we got there early (traffic was oddly smooth) and Kate allowed us in early. Best air BnB!! Highly recommendFrom the moment we arrived, we knew this place was something special! The breathtaking countryside views with Horses grazing in the near distance, the swing and the sun loungers outside, the sun was shining - we instantly felt relaxed! Inside the lodge is so tastefully decorated, so much so that I turned to my Husband and said ‘I could just live here!’ 😂 Kate had added a Birthday bunting & left us a bottle of Bubbly which was really thoughtful & kind - Thank you! We spent the evening cooking steak on the BBQ & eating our dinner outside overlooking the country side before unwinding in the hot tub beneath the festoon lighting as the sun set, so magical! In the morning we drank coffee outside, soaking up the last of the views, before heading on a short walk around the farm to see the Animals! Kate & Mark have thought of every little detail, creating the most peaceful, luxurious escape! We genuinely didn’t want to leave & said we aim to visit annually! Our little slice of heaven in the UK 🤍 Thank you both so much for a perfect stay, we cannot wait to return! ✨+11We have stayed a few times now and each stay has been perfect! Every single accommodation is spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy. The surrounding area is also gorgeous and offers fantastic walks and places to visit. Kate and team are fantastic hosts and provide everything you can think of. We cannot recommend this place enough, you will not be disappointed!+2We had a lovely stay here. The accommodation was spotless, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for for a relaxing night away. The hot tub was fantastic and made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was friendly, welcoming, and communicated well throughout. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return!We had the most amazing time at Hall Farm and always do. Every detail is thought through with so much care by Kate and she is always quick to respond to any messages. The lodges are stunning and so well equipped for the perfect getaway. I have lost count now how many times we have been back and it no matter the weather/time of year, it is simply gorgeous. So relaxing to sit and soak in the hot tub watching the never ending view and occasionally see the horses meandering past! Can’t wait to go back again.+2Amazing little gem that we stumbled across by accident. We have now stayed 4 times with a 5th at Xmas already planned. Kate is so thorough, welcoming and attentive to all our needs. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. It truly is our happy place and we intend to return every year forever! It's just so peaceful, well maintained and a very relaxing environment. We love it here and will be back later in the year. This time we stayed in The Shepherd's Watch, their newest property. It had only been opened for a week and we were thrilled to be one of the first guests. As expected, the build quality was excellent and so well designed (although there are quite a lot of cushions!! :-). Kate and Mark and fabulous hosts - always on hand if required, but never intrusive. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay somewhere in the Leicestershire countryside, you've just found it!
