The hut was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. The facilities were excellent, and Kate and Mark were such welcoming and accommodating hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated all the little touches that made our stay so enjoyable. The views were absolutely beautiful too, and the whole place had such a lovely, peaceful feel. It was the perfect little getaway, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you again, Kate and Mark — we will be back soon ! ❤️Myself and my partner booked our stay at the Sherpherds Watch as we just needed a weekend away in a beautiful relaxing setting and that’s exactly what Hall Farm provides. The decor is beautiful, everything is thought out, the hot tub is perfect, so lovely to sit and watch the sunset with the horses in the field. Some lovely little local pubs around and also little towns and places to go that aren’t to far of a drive. But honestly the main attraction is Halls Farm, so beautiful. We met Kate and she was lovely, so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely come again! It had only been opened for a week and we were thrilled to be one of the first guests. As expected, the build quality was excellent and so well designed (although there are quite a lot of cushions!! :-). If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing stay somewhere in the Leicestershire countryside, you've just found it!Wow, what a beautiful place to stay! We took a lovely walk through the farm and past the canal to the pub which was a nice walk in the countryside with great views. The attention to detail was over and above what we had hoped, so many nice touches with prosecco on ice when we arrived, the hot tub ready to use, lovely toiletries, milk etc in the fridge, very impressed that there was hair straighteners as well as a hairdryer. The old tractor shed felt like the lap of luxury enjoying 2 TVs, a big leather sofa, modern kitchen and a wooden frame hot tub heated by a wood burner. The host was really helpful, she prepared the hot tub for our arrival, helped us with the heatimg and introduced us to adorable lambs that were staying at the Hall farm for a short while! I'd strongly reccommend visiting Bosworth battlefield site and Tropical Bird land while you're in the area. We'll have to come back in the summer to enjoy the garden furniture and bbq!Fantastic. My boyfriend and I came to The Old Tractor Shed at Hall Farm to celebrate his birthday and we would not have changed a single thing! I could not get over the attention to detail here - from a washing machine and iron/ironing board to hairdryer and hair straighteners, Kate has kitted out this holiday let with everything you could possibly need. There is a tea and coffee tray with biscuits and every herbal tea you can name, and a gorgeous coffee machine we were able to use each morning. Every appliance was found simple to use and if we weren’t sure on anything we were able to look in the extremely handy folder of manuals/instructions helpfully provided. Upon Kates recommendation we went on a lovely walk from Sutton Cheney to the beautiful Bosworth Park - highly recommend for anyone visiting !! From Bosworth Park we then went the Black Horse in Market Bosworth - splendid! (Also highly recommending this gastropub with an amazing deli and food served for anyone visiting the area!). We also ate at the Hercules which is just a stones throw away from here - absolutely amazing. After we got back from our walk we had left the hot tub to heat up and were able to get in with a bottle of Prosecco - kindly providing with compliments from Hall Farm (thank you again!) - and soak up the stunning view. This view can be seen from the whole tractor shed as all the windows face onto it, it is breathtaking honestly. Robes and hot tub towels are provided (as are 2 sets each of the fluffiest towels for the bathroom - I felt like I was at a spa!). We were then able to sit on the garden furniture with a drink and watch the beautiful sunset view from here. Incredible. I am also going to mention the bed - heaven. Put simply. We agreed that it could possibly be the most comfy bed my boyfriend and I have ever slept in, and the blackout blinds made this stay even more comfortable! The tractor shed is beautifully decorated and well thought out, the rainfall shower every day was yet another element we did not want to leave behind.
