Inside, you’ll find full-sized, carefully chosen furnishings and a generous layout designed for true comfort and relaxation—more boutique escape than rustic hut. With full central heating and air conditioning, it’s a haven in every season. Watch the horses graze across rolling fields, unwind beneath spectacular sunsets from the Jacuzzi spa hot tub, or take a leisurely 15-minute stroll to the nearest country pub.
Our boutique retreat is perfect for any occasion—whether it’s a romantic escape, a base for exploring the Ashby Canal and surrounding footpaths, a spontaneous staycation, or a memorable minimoon.

This stunning space has been carefully curated with you in mind, with panoramic glass flooding the intimate space with light. Cosy up in front of the fire in the fabulous open plan living area, or snuggle down in the sumptuous king size bedroom with luxurious ensuite. With full blackout blinds, you can stream your favourite shows on one of the two Smart TVs. Soak in the walk in shower and dry off with our gorgeous soft towels and robes. We’ve even added a dreamy dressing table with a choice of mirrors and perfect selfie lighting make getting ready a treat.
Step outside to breath-taking views over our grazing horses and the rolling Leicestershire countryside beyond. Slip into the fabulous Jacuzzi spa hot tub with its powerful jets, take a steamy outdoor shower or relax on the patio – perfect for catching the stunning sunsets.
