COVID-19 PREVENTION POLICY
Whilst we’ve carefully thought out, and adapted, our daily approach, our mission is to deliver a relaxing, luxury guest experience.
We have taken measures to introduce Covid-19 procedures. Risk assessments have been carried out, in line with Government guidelines, and will be under constant review to protect our guests and our employees. We are available at all times to answer any questions you may have regarding hygiene and safety.
We are also committed to the AirBnB 5 Stage Cleaning Process.
CLEANING AND DISINFECTING POLICY
- We maintain scrupulous cleaning practices as standard.
- Hand sanitiser is available in the property, for all guests to use freely.
- Our cleaning products and protocols meet current guidelines for effective use against viruses and bacteria.
- The hot tub is drained, fully sanitised and refilled between each guest booking.
- The property is thoroughly deep cleaned after each use.
- In line with government regulations, we require all guests to register their details to assist with COVID-19 contact tracing.
- Where packages offer wine, toiletries or drinks these items will be sanitised where possible and sealed for your arrival.
- Door keys will be sanitised between guest stays.
OUR TEAM
- We are a family run business and our team is fully trained to adhere to new working practices and procedures to guarantee a safe environment.
- Our cleaners routinely wash and sanitise their hands, and are provided with the appropriate PPE.
- A procedure is in place in case of a positive Covid-19 diagnosis where a team member requires quarantine.
OUR GUESTS
- If in the unfortunate case, you have any Covid-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or loss of taste and smell, we ask that you contact us immediately and allow us to reschedule your stay.
- Should you be advised to self-isolate, we will request that you check out immediately and return home. You will be refunded the balance of your stay.
