Top 5 “Must Dos” for your stay at The Old Tractor Shed Dadlington
Our guests have been enjoying walking and eating out in the local area and seem to share our opinions of the Top 5 Favourites!
- A visit to Hercules Revived – this adorable little coaching inn is a 4 minute drive or a 36 minute walk by road (or you can get most of the way there by towpath) and has a cute outdoor dining area with marquee. The food is outstanding and we just love the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Booking is essential.
- A mooch around Visit Market Bosworth – this picturesque rural market town, just a 10 minute drive (4.4 miles) has a wonderful market square and beautiful architecture, and is home to a host of independent shops, pubs and cafés. Most definitely worth a visit! There are markets on Wednesday and on the last Sunday of the month and plenty of food and drink establishments. For the more active guest, you can walk to Bosworth via Sutton Cheney, on the footpath to Bosworth Country Park, or via the Gated Road. Some choose to park up at Sutton Cheney and then take the footpath to avoid road walking.
